Commercial Earthwork and Site Utilities for New Fort Collins Auto Dealership
The expansion allowed Jeep to nearly triple its service area, expand the showroom, and give them more room to spread out.
Because Fort Collins Jeep had already outgrown their midtown Fort Collins location, they began planning an expansion several years ago. When the vacant UBC property at Mason and Harmony became available, they jumped at the chance to build a state-of-the-art Jeep dealership on the site.
The new Fort Collins Jeep facility is one of only a handful of stand-alone Jeep dealerships in the country. The expansion allowed Jeep to nearly triple its service area, expand the showroom, and give them more room to spread out.
Challenges
This project required close cooperation with the City of Fort Collins engineering department and the project engineers in order to facilitate some grade issues. There was also an especially intricate storm tie-in at the intersection of Harmony and Mason in Fort Collins.
